The Net Promoter question type is a fast and easy way for an organization to obtain their Net Promoter Score.
It appears as a likert scale and can be inserted anywhere within a survey. The question asks respondents to rate how likely they’d be to recommend your offering to a friend, on a scale of “Not Likely at All to Very Likely”.
In Analytics, your Net Promoter Score is automatically calculated by taking the % of people who gave you a score of 9 or 10 (promoters) and subtracting the % of people who gave you a score of 0-6 (detractors).
Net Promoter, NPS, and Net Promoter Score are trademarks of Satmetrix Systems, Inc., Bain & Company, and Fred Reichheld.
